CMI's November Employee of the Month

CMI is excited to announce our November Employee of the Month, Megan Groat!

Megan was chosen as our employee of the month by her peers because she is a tremendously hard worker, cares about the clients and ensures day program is enjoyable for all those who participate. 

Megan’s favorite thing about work at CMI is the day program. It creates such a great environment for clients to work on their cognitive skills and allows a sense of community.  

Her favorite memory while working at Communicare was a sunny day in July, in day program where they had a cook out, yard activities, live music, with lots of laughs.

When Megan is not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
