Communicare Welcomes Brenda Blind to the Marketing Team

Communicare Michigan is excited to announce that Brenda Blind has joined the Marketing and Admissions team.  She is focusing on developing the Grand Rapids market and working with the staff to create a presence in West Michigan.  Communicare opened their third location in Grand Rapids, MI in late December 2023.

Brenda has dedicated three decades to the field of rehabilitation, embodying compassion and expertise as a certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. Her passion grew in advocating for individuals navigating the complexities of rehabilitation.

Driven by a desire to make a difference, Brenda transitioned to a role in sales at a national physical therapy company, specializing in serving clients involved in auto accidents and personal injuries. This experience broadened her perspective, allowing her to understand the intersection of healthcare and business while advocating for the needs of those seeking rehabilitation services. Throughout her career, she gained deep insights into the challenges clients faced on their journey to recovery through rehabilitation.

Today, Brenda proudly serves as part of the team at Communicare Grand Rapids, who offers a comprehensive range of services including Home and Community Based Rehabilitation (semi-independent housing), Vocational Day Program, Mental Health Counseling, Occupational Therapy, and other healing programs for clients. Here, she continues to leverage her expertise and empathy to empower clients on their path to healing and independence. Her unwavering commitment to her profession and the individuals she serves continues to inspire and uplift those around her.
