Introducing CMI's September Employee of The Month, Chelsen Miner!

Chelsen Miner has been with Communicare Michigan (CMI) since April 2017. She is the head of the billing department but also our go-to-gal with any technology issues or questions. She is receiving this month's recognition for her continued dedication to our company. Chelsen is a wealth of knowledge and continues to stay informed about all the changes in our industry. We can always count on her to keep us one step ahead so that we can continue to provide excellent care for our members.  

Chelsen has a couple nicknames around the office. Though she mostly goes by “Chels,” on slack we refer to her as “Ted Dibiase.”  

Her favorite thing about working at CMI is working with this team. “As cheesy at it sounds, we are a family.” says Chelsen. 

Her favorite memory while working at CMI is when we all came back to the office after working from home due to the pandemic. “Coming back was like a family reunion. It seemed like we were finally getting back to normal, and it felt like home again!” says Chelsen.  

When Chelsen’s not billing and crunching numbers, you can find her playing Animal Crossing, a social simulated video game. “Yes, I am an AC nerd!” says Chelsen. She is also a PDF queen! Thats right PDF, as in the document. Chelsen enjoys converting things to PDFs in her free time, of course when she’s not doing her own beautiful acrylic nails. You should see them, they’re stunning.
