CMI's August Employee of The Month, Alyssa Martino!

Please congratulate our rockstar August Employee of The Month, Alyssa Martino!

Alyssa is one of CMI's Occupational Therapists and is also our head of Operations. Alyssa has been with CMI since September 2020, and since then has made leaps and bounds with the company. She has been such an asset to our team with her hard work, leadership skills and dedication to our clients.

Alyssa’s office nickname is "The real OT." No explanation needed. She’s great at what she does which makes her the realist OT out there.

Her favorite thing about working at CMI is the awesome teamwork from staff and the client's she engages with every day. “It’s so important to me to improve our members quality of life and independence every day! It’s truly rewarding to see.” says Alyssa.

Her favorite memories at CMI are when the team and clients gather to have outdoor barbeques and enjoy yard games. It brings us all together to strengthen our bond which helps us create the best memories as a whole.

When Alyssa’s not working, she enjoys camping, visiting her family in Florida and taking her dogs on all the outdoor adventures!
